A Berry Hill small business owner decided to play the part of a real life fairy godmother for local teens.
Melissa Stephens (STEE-vens) of Melissa Stephens (STEE-vens) Nail Artistry created a full service salon yesterday for the residents of a local girls group home. After learning they were waiting for foster care placement, Stephens (STEE-vens) assembled a dream team of small business owners. Hairstylists and make-up artists were enlisted to ensure that the girls received a full pampering experience. Stephens (STEE-vens) said she and the girls had so much fun that she plans to make it an annual event.
